The firm was founded by Mr. David Bai, Certified General Accountant, in 2003. Mr. Bai graduated in 1985 from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with Master Degree of Economics. He worked in the university for eight years as an instructor and associate professor teaching accounting, taxation and public finance. He graduated from Utah State University of the United States in 1995 with Master Degree of Accounting.
