MOL (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. MOL (Singapore) Pte Ltd is incorporated on 26 July 1977 as Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The name of the Company was changed to its present form on 24 January 2003, soon after it became a wholly owned subsidiary company of MOL. MOLSIN represents MOL in Singapore as its Shipping Agent.
On 1 July 2004, MOLSIN merged with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (SEA) Pte Ltd another wholly owned subsidiary Company of MOL in Singapore. With the merger, MOLSIN not only represents MOL in Singapore as its Shipping Agent but also perform Area and Trade Management functions.
The regional Trade Marketing and Pricing function together with Area Equipment and M&R functions were relocated in July 2008 to MOL Asia, in Hong Kong for centralization. Now, MOL Singapore performs in its capacity as a shipping agent in containerization or Liner business.
